Mexican Salsa Recipe Products
I use no additives or preservatives in the making of my salsa at home in Cornwall. My Mama's secret recipe demands only the tastiest fresh tomatoes,herbs and chillies to create the full mexican flavour. I Hope you enjoy it, let it SPICE UP YOUR LIFE!
Try Marias Salsa as:
- A marinade for meat, fish etc.
- A pour-over sauce for cooked meats, eggs, vegetables and cheesy dishes.
- As a spicy alternative to ketchup.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, chillies, coriander,salt and lemon.
Store in a cool dark place. Refrigerate after opening, and use within 12 days.
This salsa is the same recipe as the above but with a 3rd of the heat.
It can be used the same way.

TOMATILLOS: Delicious green relative of the tomato widely used in Mexican food.
